Professional Acoustic & Electric Guitar Session Tracks | Americana, Blues, Rock & More for $150

Professional Acoustic & Electric Guitar Session Recording

I'm Brendan Forrest, an award-winning guitarist, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer with a B.A. in Music, thousands of hours of studio experience, and over 150 published songwriting credits.

My playing is rooted in Americana, blues, rock, R&B, soul, and folk, with extensive experience in country, funk, bluegrass, and jazz. Formal studies in pop, jazz, classical, and electronic music inform my versatility and creative approach.

From intricate flatpicking and fingerstyle to soulful electric leads, funky rhythms, and atmospheric textures, my philosophy is simple: serve the song.

Credits & Experience

My recording collaborations include Michael Cleveland, Dominick Leslie, Woody Goss (Vulfpeck), Penelope Antena, Makaya McCraven, Jeff Parker, Anders Nordstrom, Sam Hudgens (Mon Rovîa), and Denmark Vessey.

I'm a John Lennon Songwriting Contest and 2026 Telluride Blues Challenge winner, and a two-time recipient of both City of Chicago Individual Artists Program and Telluride Arts grants.

Studio & Process

I record from my professional home studio, primarily using Logic Pro, with experience in Pro Tools, Ableton Live, and FL Studio.

Send me your demo, stems, charts, or references. I can follow a specific arrangement or create an original part tailored to your music.

I'll record, edit, and deliver a high-quality WAV aligned with your session. One revision covers minor performance or tonal adjustments; major changes are quoted separately.

Available for remote sessions worldwide and in-person studio work nationally.

I value communication, creativity, and musical authenticity. My goal isn't simply to play the right notes—it's to contribute something meaningful to your recording.
